Take the journey of a lifetime!
If you are interested in a life-changing holiday that will make a difference in the world, White Lion Journeys may be exactly what you're looking for. We'll first learn a bit about you and what you want from your holiday. We then work with you to help you create the journey of your dreams, to see one of the most remarkable animals in one of the most beautiful places on earth.
Nestled at the foothills of the Drakensburg Mountain range, Tsau! Conservancy is home to seven exceptionally rare White Lions as well as two tawny lionesses. The first reintroduction project of its kind, the White Lion Trust has successfully reintroduced three White Lion prides into the wild, which have bred. As a participant in a White Lion Journey program, you will have a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see and spend time up close with these exceptionally rare beings through participating in twice daily monitoring game drives. Participants are also able to work with and visit local communities as well as visit nearby attractions. And because the majority of proceeds for travel to the Conservancy goes towards the protection and care of the White Lions, your holiday really will be one that makes a difference.
Visits to the Conservancy are not open to the general public, but here are the ways one can visit:
Whether you're seeking to learn about and spend time with the nearly extinct White Lions, are looking for an an incredible adventure in the African bush, are wanting to give back to those less fortunate (those with four legs and those with two), or are hoping to truly spend time in nature and get away from the hustle and bustle of your daily life, White Lion Journeys can help you create a once-in-a-lifetime journey to the heartlands of South Africa.
Plan a visit. Reconnect with nature. Reconnect with yourself. And help ensure the survival of a nearly extinct species.
